The government of Turks & Caicos is improving the infrastructure and accessibility of South Caicos. Its infusion of over $14 million has funded the construction of road improvements throughout the island, the construction of a new health facility, and the initial phases of a new South Caicos International Airport terminal.
In a rare partnership, the Developer and the Turks & Caicos government are jointly spending $4 million to restore historic buildings and walls in Cockburn Harbour and to revitalize the Queen's Parade Grounds. The improvements, which also include enhancement of a new public beach, open amphitheatre and oceanfront promenade, are underway.
