Situated atop a 40 foot high ridge overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Caicos Bank to the west, this 130 key hotel will command some of the most spectacular views in all of Turks & Caicos. The resort will boast over 1,350 feet of pristine, white sand beachfront on the Atlantic Ocean and another 1,100 feet of water frontage, with several pocket beaches, on the Caicos Bank.

Designed by renowned resort architect Bob Glazier of HKS Hill Glazier Studio, the resort is designed in harmony with the topography of South Caicos to minimize the impact on native vegetation. The restrained Caribbean architecture compliments the historic architecture and allows the hotel to maintain a quiet presence on the Peninsula. Extensive covered terraces and verandas maximize opportunities to enjoy  the outdoor Caribbean lifestyle

Once completed, Hotel amenities will include a full-service restaurant; sunset grill, two swimming pools with poolside bars; a Fresh Market, day spa and fitness center; lighted tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball and shuffleboard, cabana service, bicycling, sailing and sea-kayaking. In addition, the hotel will facilitate snorkeling, scuba diving, bone and deep sea fishing and eco-tour excursions.
